Mindfulness is more than a buzzword. Research tells us that practicing mindfulness can enhance focus, reduce stress, increase compassion, and increase our ability to cope with challenges. Sounds perfect for parenting! This roundtable will offer information on the science and benefits of mindfulness, mindful parenting, and methods to share mindfulness with children. Participants will leave with strategies and tools they can use right away.
