Early Childhood Yoga: Have Fun. Do Yoga.
for ages 4 to 6
Tuesdays or Thursdays from 1:30 to 2:15 pm.

Through story and mindful games, we weave together kundalini and hatha yoga poses, meditation exercises with breath and song, and fun for young children. Children have this innate connection with their inner souls, their inner teacher– the practice of Radiant Child Yoga will help them maintain (or in some instances, regain) their natural wisdom and radiance, while also giving them movement and breathing, positive messaging, and fun.

This is a drop-off class.
Children may arrive 10 minutes early to enjoy some water or yogi tea.
Once class begins, it is recommended that adults leave (run some errands or enjoy the cafe at Little Beans Cafe Evanston (next door).

Practicing yoga helps kids connect with their bodies, improves coordination and helps them feel calmer.
During this 6 week session, we will practice asana (physical movement), meditation (using breath and sound) & relaxation (story telling & quiet time) to help kids feel more connected into their physical and emotional selves.
Songs, stories, games and dancing will also be used to make learning fun.

This is a drop-off class.
