Next session: April 3 through May 15 (no class on Mother’s Day)

Click here to registerPracticing yoga helps kids connect with their bodies, improves coordination and helps them feel calmer. During this 6 week session, we will practice asana (physical movement), meditation (using breath and sound) & relaxation (story telling & quiet time) to help kids feel more connected into their physical and emotional selves.
Songs, stories, games and dancing will also be used to make learning fun.
