Support an ETHS Grad at the Summer Olympics

Join us in cheering on Margaret Bamgbose, ETHS Class of 2012, as the only ETHS graduate to participate in the Summer Olympics in Rio in 2016, where she will compete in the 400 meter race.

Margaret was an outstanding student-athlete at ETHS; a leader on the girl’s indoor and outdoor track teams and in the classroom.  She graduated this last May from the University of Notre Dame where she was an 11 time All-American and was recognized for her academic and athletic accomplishments.

Margaret just qualified in her first attempt at the Nigerian Olympic Trials in early July, crossing the finish line in 52.27 to claim the bronze medal in the 400m final.

After the Olympics she will work at Whirlpool in the Information Technology group.
